The questions we hear most.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. We ask for your work email only. After 14 days you decide whether to continue. If you don't, your account is paused — no auto-charge, ever.
What happens to my data after 14 days?
Your data stays in your account for 60 days, fully exportable. After that we delete it permanently if you've not subscribed. We never sell or share data — full GDPR compliance, EU servers, DPA on request.
We already use a different system. Can we migrate?
Yes. CSV import covers most cases. For larger setups our team can run a one-off migration during your trial — included free for clubs and academies in Northern Europe through Q3.
Does the platform work in our language?
Interface is available in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian. Reports export in your language of choice. Customer support replies in English by default.
Is the platform sport-specific?
No. dropseet is multi-sport — currently used in football and futsal, with the data model built to extend across team and individual sports. Modules adapt to the workflow of your discipline.
